orgeous Garvin began their musicpath in march 2006. The band consists of four beautiful individuals with big ambitions. The freakguitarist Mag Munson with riffs and tunes who could kill anything, the eager bassplayer Chris Skantz, the cleansinging Jim Maylind and the hardhitting drummer Joe Beck. With this combination the songs can be fierceful and angry, like Sunday Coma but also wonderful and beautiful like Zacharys Dahlia.

he boys grew up in a town called Karlstad, in the west of Sweden. They come from different areas but found each other quite soon through the musicscene. Joe came from a band called Josch (rock/alternative). Chris came from Resolute Source (metal/grindcore). Mag from Blank Surface (hardrock/alternative) and Jim was unemployed at the moment. They all started writing and writing which resulted soon in a 2-track demo in the summer of 2006. Mrs. Landscape and Green Sense got some good response and resulted in some pretty damn good shows at, for instance, Sticky Fingers (Gothenburg) and Nöjesfabriken (Karlstad).

ow two years later, with a lot more experience and developing the musicstructure, the band releases the EP Epilogue the 10th of may. It contains five songs, all with a different tune and character. The record was recorded at the MCM studios in Karlstad by Ola Sonmark. One week of hard work and a lot of patience and trust is the epilogue here. Mastering were done in Finland at the Chartmakers studio by Svante Forsbaeck.

he future is unknown now but the guys in MG refuses to stagnate. The band is a big chu-chu train ready for more action and exploring in the musicscene. Dont underestimate these guys!
